Brahman Hills in Nottingham Road is one of the most beautiful places in the Midlands to get married, and I have been lucky enough to play a great many weddings there. Here is what makes it special, and how I help couples make the most of it.
Natural beauty, with polish
Brahman Hills pairs big Midlands views with a properly elegant venue. It feels special from the drive in, and it gives you a different backdrop for each part of the day.
Brahman Hills venue detailsA ceremony above the water
There are rolling hills and gardens outside, and lovely indoor spaces for when the weather turns, which in the Midlands it sometimes does.
The Brahman Hills team is known for looking after every detail, which makes my side of the day easy to plan.
A soundtrack that is yours
From the first guest arriving to the last song of the night, I build the music around you. A quiet, romantic ceremony and a loud reception can both happen on the same day.
Hosting the day as your MC
As your MC I make sure every part of the day flows into the next and your guests always know what is happening. From the first announcement to the send-off, I keep it warm, professional and on time.

Photobooths and instant printing kiosks are available for the canapé hour. Guests print their own postcards with the filter they like, and they go home with something real.

A good dancefloor setup gives the room a focal point for the best part of the night. My intelligent lighting changes with the evening: soft for the quieter moments, then full colour and movement once the dancing starts.
Cold sparks are available too. They are safe and smokeless indoors or out, and they make a first dance or grand entrance feel like a scene from a film.
Lighting and cold sparksWhat couples said
Cohen and Jacqui got married at Brahman Hills, and this is part of what they wrote afterwards.
“From getting the exact versions of the songs I wanted to keeping our guests entertained, finding our First Dance song... if we could do this all over again, we would not choose differently.”

Getting married at Brahman Hills?
A few things worth knowing:
- Book your DJ 12 to 18 months ahead. Peak-season Saturdays go first.
- Ask about the photobooth package for Brahman Hills if you want prints at the canapés.
- Plan where the cold sparks go when you plan the first dance.
- Send me your must-plays and do-not-plays early, and I will build the night around them.
