About The Gallery
The Gallery is on Curry’s Post Road outside Nottingham Road, and it is really four connected spaces rather than one hall — which is what makes it flexible enough to suit very different weddings.
You marry in the Pavilion, an open-sided ceremony space with mosaic pillars and chandeliers looking over the pasture, seating up to 150. Then it is The Lawn for canapés, and either the Piazza — a Tuscan-style courtyard with a Bedouin tent, stone walls and fairy lights, seating 150 — or the hand-cut sandstone Gallery hall, which seats 92 with its fireplaces and Oregon pine.
Accommodation is next door at Farside Farm, a boutique bed and breakfast with cottages and manor house rooms. There are Nguni cattle on the land, which tells you most of what you need to know about the setting.
